Google Meet, video conferencing is now free for everyone

Earlier Google was offering Google Meet to enterprise and education customers via G Suite. Now, it is opening up to anybody who wants to use it, Google says anybody with a Google account can create free meetings of up to 100 attendees that can last any amount of time. Sounds so great! Meeting length may restrict to 60 minutes after September 30th.

Google Meet can be used by teams, groups, organizations, schools and businesses

Google is planning to integrate Meet into Gmail. Google is fully utilizing Gmail’s power to launch their integrated video conferencing app.

Google Meet users can organize meetings with up to 100 attendees at a time. 

Who can use Google Meet for free?

Google Meet will be available to anyone for free on the web at and it can also be accessed through mobile apps for iOS or Android.
